Who’s better? Mohamed Salah or Eden Hazard?

It’s the Premier League equivalent to the Messi v Ronaldo debate and it’s a tough ask to split them with both being incredibly gifted players.

Rival fans continue to throw stats or clips of both players supposedly outdoing each other to prove who truly is superior.

The pair were in action during the same match last weekend as Liverpool hosted Chelsea and it’s fair to say that Salah came out on top this time.

Salah scored a stunning long-range goal to help the Reds continue their title push with a 2-0 victory.

Meanwhile, Hazard had two golden opportunities to score but fluffed his lines on both occasions.

However, it looks like there’s no real rivalry between the two players themselves as Salah posted a picture with Hazard on his Twitter account on Tuesday which was taken after the game.

It seemed harmless enough but the Egyptian may not have anticipated the comments that some Liverpool fans would have posted.

These Kopites couldn’t resist using this as an opportunity to poke fun at Hazard, suggesting the Belgian was in fact a fan of Salah rather than an on the pitch rival.
